Our Cancellation Policy
All reservations made through axtratravel.com, partner agencies, or our sales representatives are protected under the European Union consumer rights regulations.
Our booking, sales, and cancellation policies comply with the regulations of the Turkish Travel Agencies Law and Consumer Protection Law.
To make a reservation, you must be 18 years or older. If your booking includes multiple participants, only one person needs to complete the reservation, but at the time of ticket collection, it is important to confirm the total number of adults, children, and infants, as well as the tour date and time.
Payment Methods
When making a reservation through axtratravel.com, you have three payment options:
- Bank Transfer (Wire/EFT)
- Cash payment upon ticket delivery
- Credit Card online payment
During national holidays or in peak tourist seasons, prepayment is recommended to secure your booking.
Once your reservation is completed, you will receive an email confirmation stating "Your reservation has been processed".
Booking Confirmation & Ticket Delivery
Once your reservation is completed, a confirmation email containing payment details and reservation information will be automatically sent to your registered email address.
If you do not receive this email or believe there is an error, please contact us immediately.
- For Bodrum & Marmaris bookings, your physical ticket will be delivered by our team members.
- For Kuşadası, Fethiye, Antalya, Kemer, Göcek, and Cappadocia, your ticket will be sent via email.
- If requested, our partner agencies in the relevant regions can provide you with a printed ticket.
- In case of emergency, your email reservation confirmation can be used as a valid ticket.
Reservation Changes
If an unforeseen situation requires a cancellation or modification, axtratravel.com reserves the right to adjust the reservation and will make every effort to notify you at least 24 hours in advance.
Changes requested by customers are subject to availability.
Cancellations by Our Company
Despite our best efforts, certain circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, unexpected technical issues, or force majeure events may require us to cancel or postpone a tour.
In such cases, Axtra Travel Agency guarantees a full refund of your payment.
Cancellations by Customers
- Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the tour date:
- 90% of the total amount will be refunded, with 10% retained to cover bank and administrative fees.
- Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the tour date:
- 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour date:
- No refund will be issued.
- For bookings made on national holidays and special occasions:
- Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance, and 90% of the total payment will be refunded.
Passport & Visa Requirements
For tours to the Greek Islands, if you are not a citizen of the European Union, the United States, or Israel, you are required to obtain a valid Schengen visa before making a reservation.
